These Terms of Service govern your use of DealReviewer.One, operated by Omericano LLC. By using DealReviewer.One, you agree to these terms.

What DealReviewer.One Does

DealReviewer.One provides California-focused informational analysis of car deal documents. It may identify possible markups, unclear fees, payment structure issues, and negotiation questions based on the information you provide.

Not Professional Advice

DealReviewer.One is not a dealer, broker, lender, marketplace, DMV service, tax advisor, financial advisor, attorney, or credit decision maker. Reports, scores, targets, and counteroffers are informational only and are not financial, legal, tax, credit, or purchasing advice.

No Guarantee

DealReviewer.One does not guarantee savings, dealer acceptance, financing approval, vehicle availability, exact tax/DMV amounts, incentives, rebates, final pricing, or the quality of any deal. Always verify all terms with your dealer, broker, lender, DMV, tax professional, and final documents before signing.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for uploading accurate documents, confirming extracted numbers, reviewing final paperwork, and deciding whether to sign, negotiate, or walk away from a deal.

Purchases

DealReviewer.One sells one-time review purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play. One paid review covers one vehicle VIN and includes one eligible recheck for the same VIN within 7 days. A different VIN requires a new review purchase.

Refunds and Store Rules

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and may be subject to their refund rules and platform terms. DealReviewer.One can help investigate support issues, but refund requests may need to be handled through the store where the purchase was made.

Acceptable Use

Do not upload documents you do not have the right to use, attempt to abuse purchase or restore flows, reverse engineer the service, interfere with security, or use DealReviewer.One for illegal, harmful, or misleading activity.

Privacy

Your use of DealReviewer.One is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us about privacy requests.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and provide notice as required by law.
