DealReviewer.One is operated by Omericano LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information DealReviewer.One collects, how it is used, how it may be shared, and what choices you have.
DealReviewer.One reviews California car deals. Automated document reading may suggest values visible in dealer paperwork, but users confirm the vehicle identification number (VIN), deal numbers, categories, and supporting documents before calculation. Dedicated deterministic Cash, Finance, and Lease engines, not AI, perform the deal calculations and produce the structured inputs used for the informational report and counteroffer.
Information We Collect
When you use DealReviewer.One, you may upload or capture dealer quotes, lease worksheets, buyer's orders, broker offers, screenshots, photos, PDFs, or similar car deal documents. These documents may include VIN, vehicle details, dealer name, registration ZIP, dealer ZIP, lease or purchase terms, fees, rebates, add-ons, taxes, payment amounts, and other information visible in the documents.
We may also process generated reports, generated counteroffer text, active review status, recheck eligibility, app language, support messages, and technical information such as app version, device model class, server logs, diagnostics, and IP address.
Device Permissions
DealReviewer.One may request camera access when you choose to scan a document, photo or file access when you choose an existing image or PDF, internet access for processing and purchase validation, clipboard write access when you tap Copy, and the system share sheet when you tap Share.
DealReviewer.One does not need GPS location, contacts, microphone, advertising ID, or cross-app tracking for its core service.
How We Use Information
We use information to read your offer, suggest visible document fields, let you confirm those fields, route the confirmed deal to the applicable Cash, Finance, or Lease engine, reconcile the confirmed numbers, generate your report and counteroffer, bind a paid review to one VIN, provide one recheck when eligible, restore purchases, prevent fraud, provide support, maintain security, and improve reliability. AI is not used to calculate deal figures or determine the final decision.
Deidentified Calculation Scenarios
After a report is completed, we may retain a deidentified calculation scenario to test and improve future engine versions. It may include confirmed numeric deal values, non-identifying vehicle descriptors, generic fee and product categories, calculation results, and confidence levels.
The scenario excludes VIN, ZIP, dealer and buyer names, client and device IDs, case and purchase IDs, recovery keys, raw documents, raw text read from documents, arbitrary document line labels, and counteroffer text. Live reports do not automatically change formulas. New versioned rules are tested against this private corpus before controlled release.
Payments
Payments are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play. DealReviewer.One does not collect your payment card number. We may store transaction IDs, Google purchase tokens, product IDs, purchase status, refund status, and unused review credits to validate purchases, restore eligible credits, handle refunds, and prevent fraud.
Raw Document Retention
Raw uploaded photos, screenshots, PDFs, and captured documents are deleted after processing, or within 30 days maximum if temporary retention is needed for support, recheck, security, or service reliability.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information and do not use advertising trackers. We may share information with service providers that help operate DealReviewer.One, such as hosting, document reading, report delivery, purchase validation, security, diagnostics, analytics if added, or support providers. These providers may use information only to provide services to DealReviewer.One. Any controlled explanation or translation service may not add or change numbers, formulas, evidence, limitations, or the deterministic decision.
If you use the system share sheet, the receiving app is chosen by you and is governed by that app's own privacy practices.
Information We Do Not Need
DealReviewer.One does not require Social Security numbers, driver's license scans, bank account numbers, payment card numbers, full credit applications, precise GPS location, contacts, microphone recordings, health data, biometric data, or similar sensitive information. Please do not upload documents containing information that is not needed for a car deal review.
Your Choices and California Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or information about how your data is used by contacting us at omericano.llc@gmail.com. California residents may have additional privacy rights under California law.
Children
DealReviewer.One is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and provide notice as required by law.
